At Milk and Honey, we process orders as they come in through Instagram or website sales. The design is created in my computer program, and I play with fonts, sizes, and colors to get the best look for your item. Then comes the fun part: machine time! The item is “hooped” to fit a frame with the correct stabilizing material, and placed on the machine for stitching. I swap out color choices on the needles, thread each color, and get started!

Depending on availability of your item (in house or ordered), most orders are completed within 7-10 days and shipped immediately after. For best timing, you can expect 2 weeks or less unless communicated by M&H. 
Return policy: Unfortunately, due to the nature of customization for the item, we do not accept returns unless there is a stitch error.
