Our current turn around time is 1-2 weeks

Depending on availability of your item (in house or ordered), most orders are completed within 7-10 days and shipped immediately after. For best timing, you can expect 2 weeks or less unless communicated by M&H. 

Return policy: Unfortunately, due to the nature of customization for the item, we do not accept returns unless there is a stitch error. 

Machine wash on cold inside out for best results. You can iron over the embroidery if needed.
